Against the backdrop of the "Healthy China 2030" strategy and the digital transformation of national fitness, online fitness, grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model and Health Belief Theory, has transcended the spatial and temporal constraints of traditional exercise. For sedentary office workers, its low-threshold, high-flexibility nature helps reduce perceived barriers to physical activity and facilitates regular exercise during fragmented time, thereby effectively improving sedentary behavior patterns. This has practical significance for promoting the health of occupational populations and advancing the early prevention and control of chronic diseases. However, existing research has largely focused on the short-term intervention effects of online fitness, with limited exploration of long-term behavioral adherence. In this context, online fitness represented by Liu Genghong has developed rapidly, offering a new exercise option for sedentary office workers. Through case analysis and textual analysis, this study reveals the facilitative mechanisms and structural limitations of online fitness and proposes a "digital–embodied collaborative intervention model," providing theoretical references for the precise implementation of the national digital fitness strategy.
